Flaming Petals (홍염화) / Freezing Spear (빙섬창)

• Fixed cast: 0.5 seconds
• Variable cast by level (secs): 1.05/1.1/1.15/1.2/1.25/1.3/1.35/1.4/1.45/1.5.

Wind Blade (풍인)

• Fixed cast: 0.5 seconds
• Variable cast odd level: 1.25 seconds, even level: 1.5 seconds.

Exploding Dragon (폭염룡)

• Fixed cast reduced from 0.8 seconds to 0.5 seconds for all levels.
• Variable cast by level (secs): 1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4/1.5.

Snow Flake Drift (빙정락)

• Variable cast by level (secs): 1.2/1.1/1.0/0.9/0.8.

First Wind (삭풍)

• Variable cast reduced from 1.2 seconds to 0.8 seconds for all levels.

Throw Huuma Shuriken (풍마수리검 던지기)

• Variable cast reduced from 1 second to 0.5 seconds for all levels.

Killing Stroke (일섬)

• Fixed cast of 1 second added.
• Variable cast of 0.5 seconds added.
• Skill cooldown increased from 2.7 seconds to 5 seconds.
